How to set your own tempo?

That must be me but I don’t find how to set your own tempo. Only 5 predefined tempos are available when I click on the QN « button ». There must be a way that I don’t seem to find but I have tried a few things already: left/right arrows, up/down arrows, double-click, right click, alt + click….
Please make it more intuitive in the next version.
